Linda and husband Dr. Walter O. Evans have loaned Meadows Museum 2 of their collections: an African-American artist assemblage and their extensive holdings of paintings by Jacob Lawrence. They gave a lecture on the current Meadows exhibit of work by Barbara Earl Thomas.
The Meadows Museum fundraiser was sponsored by Chef David Bridges and John Carriere of Bella Fresca, by Martha Ann Evans, Barbara & Alan Sugar, Mary Frances and Andy Querbes, Magnolia Marketing, Thrifty Liquor and the Friends of the Meadows.
