SciPort's Letha Stahl was a myth buster as she explained that the blackish line running down the center of a crawfish tail is Not its entrails. "It is a blood vessel, not its large intestine," she proudly explained. She also taught kids and parents how to tell the difference between a boy and a girl crustacean.
