Mars Vegas promised a costume party at Lil Joes on the weekend. Unlike the insecure bands who want their fans to dress up while the musicians dress down, the MV guys each donned a lovely party frock. "Off the shoulder: off the chain," is what they say. Here's bassist Brett Roman in what I believe is a fetching, probably award-winning, chemise.

I would love to see a picture of Josh (Coker) from that night. He really has the long legs to pull of an outfit like that! I was supposed to be there, but no one to watch the kids. I'm sure it was great, as all of their performances are.
